Snowfer Specifications and PricingSnowfer boards are built in Ontario, Canada with the highest quality standard
in the industry. Each board carefully inspected before leaving our factory. The Snowfer board is a patented, state of the art, revolutionary new concept, researched and developed with the utmost safety feature in mind. It is user friendly and can sail on any surface condition that winter could throw on it. Tested and proven on snow as deep as three feet to bare ice and the snowy mountains of Australia to the end of the world Ushuaia, Argentina. We can proudly say that nothing can match the Snowfer's overall performance on snow or ice.
The board is vacuum-moulded, sandwich construction, lightweight, high-impact resistance and with the waxed base makes it possible to enjoy sailing on a very light wind as little as 3 to 5 knots on snow-covered fields or on ice. Because of the board's large surface area that comes in contact with the deep snow, it floats on top instead of sinking in like some ski design might do. In 1998/99, our most popular board was the Snowfer KC 3X Pro Race with a set of optional G2000 blades. The same board that Charles Chepregi, inventor and designer of Snowfer used in the world class competition (WISSA) and ranked first place three times. The Snowfer KC4 EX, 2004 model has been replaced by the Snowfer KC5 Pro Race. Made in a newly designed brand new mould with lots of new features and one of the best construction design up-to-date. Originally designed as an all-around fun board but turn out to be a true racing board that is fun to sail.
All new boards comes with four standard blades(G1000) and foot straps. Ready to use on snow or ice. |
